Herbert M. Frisby was an arctic explorer, WWII war correspondent, and a teacher in Baltimore, MD. Frisby was also president of the Laurel Cemetery Lot Owners Association, Inc. He was married to Annie Frisby and had a son, H. Russell Frisby.
